There’s Got to be a Morning After

Those Guardians of Moral Outrage on Fox News have a new crusade. Sexually Transmitted Disease is on the rise! The CDC (Fox believes in Fauci and pals when it suits their needs) recorded more than 2.5 million cases of syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia in 2021, up from 1.8 million in 2011. You had better disinfect those public toilet seats before you sit down, America!

Fox News loved this tidbit. 36 percent of syphilis and gonorrhea cases were in men who have sex with men. It’s God’s punishment on Sodomites!

Fortunately, modern medical science has come to the rescue. A powerful antibiotic, doxycycline, is proving successful as a “morning after pill” in preventing STDs. Doxy was originally used in long-term acne treatment and malaria prevention. Talk about your Triple Threats. If you take Doxy, you eliminate those malarial “night sweats”, your skin clears up, and you can urinate freely.

The CDC doesn’t approve drugs willy-nilly despite what Republicans claimed during COVID. Doxy is not fully approved “over the counter” yet in America pending tests on whether its use will result in resistant strains of a Super STD. The CDC is setting guidelines for its use. There is concern about patients using it as often as 20 times peer month. Fox News loved that tidbit as well. “Those radical, gay liberals are going wild and it is all Joe Biden’s fault.”

The STD Morning After Pill is available overseas though. Fox interviewed “Joey Knock”, a 33 year old from London. “I started buying Doxy after regular bouts of gonorrhea. I usually take it after high-risk nights when I have unprotected sex in dark rooms with strangers. I’m someone who was averaging an STI a month. I’ve done the risk analysis for me, but it also benefits other people if me taking Doxy means I don’t get the clap, then I don’t pass the clap around.”

You don’t get hard-hitting, juicy stories like this on CNN or the rest of the Lamestream Media.
