Spin

Let the spin begin.

When the leader of your political party praises Putin’s intelligence and statecraft for invading Ukraine, when a prime time host on Fox News views that invasion as a mere “border incident”, you need some political cover.

John P. Reilly’s Letter to the Editor spins the truth like a Sandy Koufax curveball. “During the Obama/Biden administration, the Russians invaded Crimea. During the Biden/Harris administration, the Russians invaded Ukraine. During President Trump’s term (notice that John P. Does not mention that traitor Mike Pence), Russia did not invade anywhere. It is easy for me to see the lack of tough talk and sanctions from America is placing our country in peril.”

Yup, John P. Donnie was so tough on Vlad that he didn’t invade anywhere during the Trump era. “The NSA claims that Russia interfered in the 2016 election, so I asked Putin about it. He said that he didn’t and I believe him.” That’s tough talk.

Matthew Thomas has a different spin in his Letter to the Editor. “If anyone still has any doubt as to whether elections have consequences, all they have to do is ask the people of Ukraine. Every one of the 81 million Americans who voted for Biden bears some degree of responsibility for the Russian invasion.”

As a Biden voter, I now feel so guilty.

What would be different if Donnie was in office? In a speech on Saturday, Donnie revealed his master plan to straighten out the crisis in Ukraine. “We put Chinese insignia on our planes and bomb the crap out of Russia. Then we stand back and watch the Russians and the Chinese slug it out.”

This man was The Leader of the Free World with his finger on the nuclear trigger. This man might become so again in 2024.

Try spinning that idiocy, John P. And Matthew.
