Oh Donnie!

Our boy Donnie blurts out ridiculous statements so frequently that it is difficult to keep up with them.

Gail Collins recalled a classic Donnie moment in her 2023 Politics Quiz from Sunday’s newspaper. This is a multiple choice question:

When a photo of Joe Biden wearing a bathing suit on the beach near his Delaware home appeared, Trump commented:

a. So this is what he does instead of running the country

b. He ought to worry about catching a chill at his age

c. I have a much better body than him

When in doubt regarding Donnie, always go with the most narcissistic choice. The correct answer is, of course, c.

Has Donnie looked in the mirror lately?

Donnie cast a pall on “the reason for the season” church-goers with this Christmas post on Truth Social:

“Under Crooked Joe Biden, Christians and Americans of faith are being persecuted like nothing this nation has ever seen before. Catholics in particular are being targeted and evangelicals are surely on the watch list as well. Over the past three years, the Biden administration has sent SWAT teams to arrest pro-life activists. The FBI has been caught profiling devout Catholics as possible domestic terrorists and planning to send undercover spies into Catholic churches, just like in the old days of the Soviet Union.”

Come to think of it, an Altar Boy wearing dark sunglasses was talking into his shoe during Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve. Donnie continued:

“Catholics should not to vote for Biden or any other Democrat! I will form a task force against anti-Christian bias! It will look at government agencies, universities, and major corporations that have adopted anti-Christian diversity, equity and inclusion programs.”

Because, of course, loving and accepting your neighbor regardless of race or religion is “anti-Christian”. The DEI programs at major corporations and universities target White Christian cis-males. That segment of the population historically has been downtrodden.

The hits just keep on coming from Donald J. Trump.
