MAGA Malcontents

ACO Donnie is wearing thin with hard-core MAGA. Laura Loomer and Steve Bannon were upset yesterday when Donnie announced that ICE would no longer sweep American farms, golf courses, and estates rounding up “illegal aliens”. Donnie caved under pressure of Big Agriculture and, likely, management at Mar-a-Lago and his golf courses. Also, Attorney General Bondi said that she had Jeffrey Epstein’s client list “on her desk” in January and now claims that there is no client list. “We never could prove Pizzagate, but the Epstein List would nail those pervy Dems for good.”

The White House Public Relations Department was busy yesterday touting Donnie’s Nobel Peace Prize nominations, but still found time to address those MAGA Malcontents:

“If people want to leave Donald Trump — he was the founder of the MAGA movement, he’s sacrificed more than any person who’s ever run for office in our nation’s history, he almost lost his life twice, gave up his successful business, fought off more than 130 indictments, was threatened with imprisonment to lead our country — over a conclusion provided by the Department of Justice over Jeffrey Epstein, that does not seem like a rational choice.”

Let’s analyze those points individually:

“Founder of the MAGA movement” — True enough.

“Sacrificed more than any other person who’s ever run for office in our nation’s history” — If the Confederates had taken over D.C. and captured Lincoln, would they have let him return to his law practice in Illinois? Would the Brits have let Madison out of the White House when they burned it down in 1813? What sacrifice did Donnie make as president? He still golfs every weekend.

“Almost lost his life twice” — Lincoln, Garfield, McKinley, and JFK actually were assassinated. Reagan was badly wounded. Should Donnie get a Purple Heart for his poor ear?

“Gave up his successful business” — Trump Tower, Trump golf courses, and all other things Trump were simply passed on to Junior and Eric. In fact, Trump crypto, Bibles, boots, cologne, etc. are adding to the family bank account. There won’t be a Trump “Go Fund Me” anytime soon.

“Fought off more than 130 indictments, was threatened with imprisonment” — And was judged guilty and liable on all of them until the election when “presidential immunity” granted him a “Get Out of Jail Free” card.

Those MAGA malcontents are, no doubt, assuaged by that recounting of the “sacrifices” that Donnie has made. What a guy.
