Fox News At It Again

Fox News is at it again. They convert news items into slams against those liberal “snowflake” Dems who are constantly oppressing “real” Americans.

The baby formula shortage is a real problem. According to Fox News, those vile immigrants living under bridges at the border or in what can only be described as concentration camps are swimming in the stuff while “real” American babies (in other words White Christian ones) must do without.

The President of the National Border Patrol Council (whatever that is) appeared on “Fox & Friends this morning with this statement, “While mothers and fathers stare at empty grocery store shelves in a panic, the Biden Administration is happy to provide baby formula to illegal immigrants coming across our southern border. Our children deserve a president who puts their needs and survival first — not one who gives critical supplies to illegal immigrants before the very people he took an oath to serve.”

Can you believe that Joe Biden is galavanting around Asia while American babies are starving? Are Chinese moms encouraging their kids to “clean their plates” at dinnertime with, “Finish that. Children is America are starving.”

LA Fitness, to their everlasting credit, placed a screen showing CNN adjacent to the one showing Fox News. Ironically, CNN was addressing the baby formula “scandal” at the same time. According to CNN (biased liberals that they are), Federal law requires that immigrants in custody be fed before we ship them back to Mexico to await their hearing. The Feds built up quite a stockpile of baby formula anticipating a lot of infants crossing the border over the past five years. That stockpile is not being depleted because those immigrant moms overwhelmingly breast feed. In fact, some of that stockpile is being diverted to the US market.

Despite what Fox News is implying, Joe Biden is not leading a troop of US Marshals into your local Costco to empty its shelves of Similac. But if Fox News says it, about 30% of the populace believes it. Also, Chinese moms with children who are “picky eaters” believe it, too.
