A Woman Scorned

“Hell hath no fury like that of a woman scorned.” It is even worse when you scorn that woman while storming the Capitol.

Richard Michetti of Philadelphia posted videos while participating in the Jan 6 debacle. The videos showed Richard taunting Capitol Police and throwing a cup of (presumably lukewarm) coffee at the police line. Richard’s girlfriend was concerned for his safety and questioned why he was participating in the riot.

Richard replied, “If you can’t see the election was stolen, you’re a MORON!!!” Apparently, Richard learned CAPITALIZATION, exclamation points and misogyny at the knee of the Master, Donald J. Trump.

Richard’s girlfriend wisely saw no future for this relationship. When the FBI requested identification of the rioters, she submitted Richard’s messages.

Richard was sentenced to nine months in Federal prison this week. He got a good deal since sentencing guidelines call for two years and prosecutors recommended eighteen months. Richard told the Judge that he is enrolled in anger management classes and is now a regular church-goer. “Unfortunately, it took these tragic events for me to realize that my anger was out of control. The person on display on Jan 6 is not the same person standing before you today.”

What a great little speech. If Richard tried it on the girlfriend, she might tearfully promise to wait for his return from prison. The whole redemptive story would make a great made-for-TV movie for Trump’s cable channel.

But I doubt it. It’s hard to forgive being called a MORON!!!
